ā€œAaron is fantastic! We have worked with him on 3 transactions, two purchases and a sale and I would never dream of using another agent in Seattle. He is extremely knowledgeable about the current markets and offers helpful advice while respecting his clients preferences and needs. On the selling side, which is so stressful, Aaron presented a strategy, created great marketing materials, and the sale worked out exactly the way he predicted, except the sale price, which was higher than we anticipated. As a buyer's representative he always tries to get you the best deal and ensure that the property is worth what you pay for it. Long after our last purchase was completed I still call Aaron to get advice on renovations and he makes great suggestions on how to get the biggest return on investment.
