I hired frostpoint to install a completely new system inside and out with all new duct work. They did that. However, some ducts weren’t hooked up. The work was shotty. The ac worked for less than 24hrs. They came back out and fixed the duct work but failed to fix the ac issue even after my husband told them the EXACT part they needed. They said they would be back the next week to replace the kart. The will not return any calls or texts. The owner mark jeffery and David the salesman are not men of their words. Fraud and scammers. No permit was obtained. The list go’s on and on. DO NOT USE THESE PPL. We are now hiring someone else to do the job or my husband will take off WK to go to our lake house to fix it himself.
