We had Jerry HVAC come out to move our furnace from 1st floor into the attic to free up a closet downstairs. From start to finish working with Jerry HVAC was a great experience. Jacob and the team were quick to get an appointment for an assessment of the project, quick to provide an itemized quote, and once we gave them the green light to go into contact, they were fast to get us scheduled for the job. The project took the specified time, and done perfectly to ensure the job was done correctly and to ensure we would pass inspections and get the work permit signed off. Jerry HVAC and their staff were always professional, ready to provide project status, and able to pull in additional resources to complete the work. We were ultra impressed with the work that was required (I definitely underestimated the work required) and the job that they did - not only did they complete the move, they also ran a new source and returns to improve overall circulation in our home. Jacob was onsite and always came across as honest on the work ahead and quick to ensure he had the right amount of help to get the work completed. We passed inspections without issues. They were early to arrive, ensured the work was done well, cleaned up the work site every night, and ultimately represented themselves as excellent contractors ready to deliver high quality work. I would highly recommend Jerry HVAC for any/all HVAC needs, and if possible, ask for Jacob! You could not be in better hands.

After our old and inefficient gas-powered hot air furnace broke down we wanted to remove it completely from the house and rely on other methods for heating our house. We called a lot of the top reviewed companies and Jacob was one of the only ones who not only answered our call. They replaced the furnace. We scheduled a time for them to come out and in only a few short hours everything was taken care of. They were very professional, fast and very clean. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience. 5 stars.

Mark and his team are professional and quick to help. They did an excellent job installing our split AC systems within a week of the initial quote. On top of it, they are immediately responsive any time I email with a question or concern. They stand by their work, and have come to help me with my systems immediately if I run into any issues. When my AC system stopped working this summer, they came on a holiday to get it working for me. I've been a customer of theirs for one year now, and I've been so impressed with their dedication and customer service, I'll continue using Jerry HVAC for all future AC needs. Can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service. Eddie accurately identified the problem with my heater and fixed it with a fraction of the cost others were quoting. If you need an honest person to fix your heater, Eddie is the right guy. Before contacting him, I reached out 2 other companies and they were pointing out at a very expensive repair by including a replacement of an expensive part. After having multiple tenants complain about the previous big ac companies I was using, I needed a change and called a few of my friends that are also apartment home owners, and they unanimously recommended to go with Jerry HVAC. I am glad I did, as they are the best we have here in Northridge. They don't mess around, provide quick service, and you know exactly what you'll get with them - great service and fair prices. The thing I like the most about these guys is - no matter how small or big they are (and they did grow since I started working with them), they always provide outstanding service no matter what. I'm looking forward to continue having them service in my properties.

David is a nice technician. He arrived at home the next day of discussion over phone. He repaired the heating cooling system. He fixed the issue within 2 hour and we found him the finest person to work with. We are so impressed with their fast service and exceptional customer service. Thanks a lot. Eddie and crews were very neat and professional. I was particularly concerned about the hauling up of old deteriorated ducts and insulation from a crawlspace entry point clear at one end of the house. Even though no asbestos removal was required, they prepared a floor to ceiling plastic "tunnel" from front door through hallway to back bedroom and crawl space and were very tidy. Eddie was very considerate of the fact there is an invalid in the house, and handled their scheduling, and arranged for adequate heat during this winter period, to accommodate our needs. The new furnace is a great improvement; much more quiet; and the paperwork and inspections for a substantial energy saving rebate were executed and the rebate obtained. I was very satisfied with this company and would recommend them.

As Adam was troubleshooting my system, he took the time to explain everything to me. He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. Also, there wasn’t any pushy sales pitch - he just presented the facts and explained the options I might want to consider. Every person that I had contact with was really pleasant. They might be on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

Amazing service!! My A/C stopped working during the heat wave and Jerry's was able to get someone to me the next morning. The techs were on time and were super informative and helpful. My A/C is working great now!!! Not only that, but the techs were incredibly nice and answered all of my questions as well as helped me figure out that the filter that had been installed in my A/C unit was wrong. Great service and so professional!
