“We Hired Floor Trends in Bowmanville to put install new carpet all upstairs and the stairs and to install laminate throughout the main floor. We were originally dealing with Jen who was great but no longer with the company I believe. We got transfered to Jess. Jess was fantastic. Answering emails in a timely fashion and helping out as much as possible, making herself always available and making sure everything ran smooth. The Install it's self went great!
