“Calling up Rays Hauling was a pure 'pig in a poke'. What I mean is that all of the haulers tell one how good they are. So I read the reviews of the ones who had reviews to offer. I took a chance with Rays. I called up the number and a real human answered the phone. He identified himself as Ray and asked how much junk I had. I had a lot more than he was told. He said he had a few jobs in the morning but that he could come by in around twelve thirty in the afternoon. The next day he was here at ten thirty, with an empty trailer. Good thing because before he was done with all the trash removal, the trailer was full. He and his partner, also called Ray, were friendly, courteous, and very efficient. They were done in less than forty minutes. They cleaned up after themselves too. There was nothing left to do but thank them and hand them their check. I feel the charge for their service was not cheap, but reasonable. It took us over twenty years to accumulate all this junk and they caused it to disappear in less than thirty minutes. I'm very satisfied with their work.”
