All the tradesmen are professional and very welcoming when we would drop by unannounced during the construction phase. They have an in house designer, Annette Stahl who was instrumental in assisting us with the home plan and design from the inside out. This is a very honest home builder and we are so happy with the outcome of our new home. Our family members in Florida wish that this builder would expand down South.
