“Distinctive Landscapes provided excellent professional service completing a patio with a water tiling project for my home. The earth tone cement stone patio looks superb with the color of the home. The stone is secured with a frame perimeter and cement sealant between the block-shaped tiles. The underground tiling appears well designed providing gravitational water flow away from the back of the home to the sloped sides of the property. A surface drain was added to capture water to prevent water pooling, which could eventually enter the lower level of the home during heavy rainfall conditions. The project was thoughtfully planned by Ryan Kinart and executed by Justin the foreman and his crew. The price estimate was competitive and accurate for payment. I would highly recommend Distinctive Landscapes for landscaping, patio, and drainage projects.”
