“Haig Construction renovated our half bath. Our home was built in 1939 and we wanted the bath to keep in the character of the decade in which the house was built. We wanted a new low-flow toilet and the wash basin had to be replaced because the built-in faucet dripped and could not be repaired. In addition, the space is very tight with the door just clearing the wash basin. They worked with us to find a replacement sink from a reuse center with the same profile as our old sink and looked original to the home. They also helped us find a low-flow toilet looked vintage. The demolition and reconstruction was all completed within 5 business days and included installing a beautiful marble tile floor. They stand behind their work and respond very quickly to phone calls.”

“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. Nightingale Co is extremely high level and therefore they get my highest level of recommendation!”

“J. William Construction built our home in the Turtle Lake community of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. They are the third builder we've used including a commercial project as well as another home. Jeff Dotson is a professional and has a degree from Michigan State University in Construction Management. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of home building and very easy to work with. His quality and integrity are excellent and if issues arose, they were quickly addressed. Jeff was at the job site daily which reduced gaps in communication between him and his crews, minimizing problems. Jeff has a lot of experience and provided excellent in-site, feedback and recommendations and he didn't cut corners! In comparison to the other builders we've used, J. Williams was the best and if we had a chance to use them again we would!”
