“I cannot say enough how much I love my home, and pretty much anyone I talk to about homes, listens to me rave about how amazing my builder was! We built our first home with another builder previously and our experience with Eric Boucher, Big Rock Homes, was nothing short of wonderful! There is no way we could have built the quality of home we got from Big Rock Homes for the price with anyone else. Eric Boucher took so much personal pride and really cared that our home turned out beautiful. He was honest and upfront with us through the entire process and I never once felt he was taking advantage of us. We receive so many compliments from anyone who visits including many in the housing and real estate industry who are blown away by the quality of our home, because of our experience with Eric Boucher both of my husbands brothers are now also building with Big Rock Homes. There is no doubt in my mind when we decide to move and build again we will be using Eric again.”

I watched as each progression of the home was built. The quality was exceptional, the workers were skilled and professional. “SGA's designs are completely professional from start to finish. Sean always seems to create perfectly balanced elevations with a vision of exactly what a design will look and feel like in person when it's finished and you are walking through the final product. The customer satisfaction and feedback we get in our business when SGA is designing the plans and working with the buyers is much higher than with any other designer I have ever worked with. Plans are easy to build from which is always a relief for contractors, and really helps control costs in the field. Sean is a true artist and is very dedicated to his craft.”

“D. Mills Enterprises built a home for us as well as my parents and did a phenomenal work. We were trying our best to stay within budget while building a home that would have curb appeal and look warm and inviting on the inside. Dean and his team helped us accomplish our goals within budget and on-time. The reasons why I would have his team build for us again is his attention to detail, integrity, resourcefulness, and his taste in helping us make decisions we were unsure of. The biggest test for my wife when working with a builder is whether or not we are friends after the home is built and I am happy to say that Dean and his team passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend them if quality and efficiency are important to you.”

“The phrase ( Dream, Design, Build ) is exactly what my husband and I did. We had a vision of what we wanted and we knew what we could afford. We went into this project with high expectations, and opinions about what we wanted. Communication is very important when you are going through this process. We wanted someone that we could ask questions get clear answers. We needed to know that the person that we were trusting to build for us was honest up front and forth coming with the answers to the questions we had. Rod Steurer became a admired builder and a trusted friend. We are beyond pleased with the results we got. The beauty and detail is amazing. We have had other homes built for us in the past and this was the best experience we had ever had with a builder. ( We have had seven new homes in our life ) When asked how I would score the experience I would have to say extraordinary , A+, 10 out of 10 Yes I would use Sunwest Rod Steurer again .”
