Barry's Appliance

My wife and I have used Barry's for years and found them to be easy to work with, the appliances were delivered as planned and the installation job done right the first time. Recently we ordered a dishwasher right before Christmas. Their delivery/set-up guys did a great job installing the new unit correctly. Afterward we noticed slight scratches on the front stainless steel door. Their service department was very responsive. Jen got right back to me and requested a photo and said they would send out there technician to fix it. The new panel arrived within a few days and now my dishwasher is 100%. My wife and I continue to have good experiences with Barry's and we'll continue to use them and recommend to others. Thanks.

First, let me start by saying that the Sales people Chris, Jim etc are FANTASTIC. I can't say enough about how professional they are. I ordered a complete High End Appliance Suite totally almost $45,000. I ordered all these Sub Zero Product in February 2021 I was told the appliances would be delivered on 5/18, Barry's NEVER told me there were any delays. I found out after finally calling late May to find out when they would be delivered and was told that they are not there. My current appliances were all sub zero and Wolf and in working order. I would have just rescheduled my kitchen renovation if someone would have just communicated with me. Barry's caused me to personally pay over $1500 to contractors and subcontractors cancelation rates and fees due to Barry's lack of commuication and adherance to promised delivery dates. While the manager did provide a gesture of having my refridgerator and freezer installed. He offered no other form of compensation. I feel this was not fair nor good customer service. When finally my units were delivered the delivered on September 1, 2021. The barrys delivery men did not have any supplies, massonite board, tape or anything to protect my new hardwood floors. I begged Ryan the manager for help and his response was they are not going to ruin my floors. I spoke to the the Delivery" Boss" via Face time and showed him the cardboard and again I was told it was ok "they deliver all the time". I insisted that they use the RAM Board I paid for. I was so desperate that I called Barry's and asked Julie for help. She said to use my RAM Board and Barry's would reimburse me. The barry's then started the 3 hour install process during the week at 5:30pm. Note: They completed the install on September 23rd (Note-I had no refridgerator from May-September) When I removed the cardboard, there was a 10 inch scratch against the grain on my new hardwood floors. I provided photos immediately to Ryan the Manager. A few days latter he asked for additional edidence in the form of a video, which I also provided. After numerous messages left for Ryan to resolve, I specifically asked for Barry's insurance information to submit a claim. Ryan refussed. I tried to ask again and he told me to go through my own insurance and "we should not be talking about this". He hung up on me. On the 23, I was told that my XO beverage cooler would be delivered. I confirmed this with my sales person after Barry's canceled delivery the week prior (set up with Chris). The Beverage cooler was not delivered and no explaination was provided. They still have not fixed my floor , have not delivered the paid for beverage cooler and no apology from Ryan the manager or Jason owner.

Awesome customer service! I ordered my Napoleon Grill over the phone due to quarantine, and Brandon was extremely helpful! The other sales reps were also helpful in keeping me updated on the status of the grill and providing information for my rebate. Thank you so much!!

great technical knowledge of appliances and prices competitive. Customer service was excellent and sales person as well as delivery folks were responsive and respectful. Delivery was on time.

I have been buying exclusively from Barry's since the late 80's. Barry was very knowledgeable and always a gentleman. Jason has carried on the tradition superbly. With Jason's current team of Ryan, Ed, Chris, Jim, and Brandon (forklift driver), doing business there is a pleasure. It is so refreshing to be treated like family every time I go in there. Oh yeah, great prices too!

Buy all my appliances from Barry's - very customer focused - always make good recommendations - in fact, I thought my dryer was electric and they had my records from my prior purchase and they told me I needed a gas dryer! Very easy to schedule delivery. At times, I have bought over the phone from them and had it delivered the next day and installed. And they work with your schedule. Love this store.

Our sales rep Chris was most helpful with information on our appliance choices. Our house was not ready for delivery and Barry's was able to hold the appliances in their warehouse for us. Once we were ready for delivery, their team was efficient and courteous. I have purchased appliances from Barry's before and would not hesitate to do the same in the future.

As soon as I walked in the store, I was approached and asked if I needed help. I most definitely did need help and it was given to me. Kelley Evens guided me through the appliances after she learned what I was looking for. She seemed to know exactly what I wanted and helped me to find each item. A real pleasure to deal with!

I have enjoyed working with Barry's on many occasions over the past 3 years, both personally, and professionally. They are agile and eager to provide the best service and value possible. From the beginning of a project: helping select / specify appliances through delivery / expert install they are helpful and responsive every step of the way! In conjunction with a full kitchen/dining room renovation, our contractor recommended Barry's Appliance for our appliances. After visiting a few other retailers, we chose Barry's. We replaced all appliances (range hood, refrigerator, range, dish washer, microwave) and the selection at Barry's was extensive, including high end appliances which is what wanted. One of the primary reasons we chose Barry's was the Appliance Consultant, Chris Chatzopoulos. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator and gained out trust from our day one. He made the selection process easy. Held product until the renovation was completed and then arranged onetime delivery seamlessly. His follow up on warranty information and installation was very helpful.

Great Showroom and a very knowledgeable friendly staff. I ordered all of my appliances from Barry's for my New addition and Kitchen remodeling in 2018 and they were very helpful. I had a few issues with one of the appliances and they were on top of it immediately. I would definitely recommend using Barry's for any of your appliance needs.

They came 3 times for electric stov top and for fan measurement!!! Still got two times wrong stove!!!!it took them more than 5 monthes to installed both equipments!! I wish I can recommend minuse 5 stars
