“When the flood hit in Calgary this year and my two basements were wiped out, I needed some immediate items to make my home function on a semi normal level again. Laundry was a priority! I phoned Jerome's Appliance Gallery that first week after the flood, Jerome himself hooked us up with two sets of fantastic washer dryers and they were delivered days later. We were washing our muddy clothes soon there after. I can't thanks Jerome and his team enough for their outstanding answer to my call. The delivery guys were the calmest and strongest fellows I have met in a long time, there were some super tight spots and they lifted the washing machine like an empty vase! They were my heroes that morning. An experience we won't soon forget.”

“In-home visit to repair over the range microwave that is under warranty. Two service people were professional, quick, polite and tidy. Maybe need to update telephone answering system. They left a message to confirm the repair appointment, but when I called back, I could not get through to the service department, the system hung up 3 times!”
