Capital BBQ is a family owned and operated Canadian company serving the Ottawa community for the past 22 years. Chadwicks & Hacks in Hamilton is also a family owned and operated Canadian company serving the Hamilton community for the past 55 years. The owners and staff at both stores all share one common trait, they are all passionate about barbecuing! At Capital BBQ Ottawa and Chadwicks & Hacks Hamilton, we carry premium BBQs. What that means to you, is the majority of our BBQs are made in North America and we can get original manufacturer parts for them. We carry several different brands of gas BBQs including, Broil King, Weber, Napoleon, DCS, Fire Magic, etc.. But we don’t just carry gas BBQs; we also specialize in Kamado style ceramic cookers and currently offer a wide selection of Big Green Egg, Primo, and Grill Dome products.
