I recently posted a review on this page which was unfair to Rob and his team in Kelowna as my concerns were with a lower mainland store. Rob took the time to call me anyway and help resolve my issues remotely for which I am truly grateful. Rob is a shining example of what customer service is supposed to look like and should I ever have an opportunity to reciprocate I intend to do so. Thank you Rob.

We just built our own home, and used Coast for our Appliances and our shower doors. For the Appliances, their choice and knowledge was excellent allowing us to get the exact features that we wanted. Pricing was very good, as was their delivery. As for the Shower doors, the sales man that came out to do the estimate was awesome and very helpful in choosing the right product for our walk in shower. Turn around time for the glass was 1 week and the install was great. All in all a wonderful experience dealing with Coast. I only wish we could have gotten the rest of our building products from them as well.
