“I really love this kitchen gadget. It's sturdy and of really good quality. Since it takes the hassle out of cutting vegetables, I have gone from "5 a month" to "5 a day" with no effort at all. In fact, I am so impressed by this gadget that I recommend it to my apprentices who are training to become chefs.
It's really important to keep this on the kitchen work surface so that you get to know how easy it is to create a salad within minutes, chop an onion (no tears!) or mince garlic. I have a lot of kitchen gadgets but this is the one I return to on a daily basis. It is really worth the investment of buying the stainless steel version as it is unbreakable.”
