Final Touch

Jeff with Final Touch is amazing...best ever installation he takes the time to install the appliances perfect...he levels them and makes them flush so it works better and looks great...He is the best ever...would only use him...

Jeff is a phenomenal technician and craftsman. I had a Kenmore Elite range hood and Kenmore Pro slide-in cooktop that I needed installed into a brand new remodeled kitchen, and I had a heck of a time finding someone with the expertise needed to a) continue the vent that had been installed by my contractor to the exterior of the house, and b) cut into the cabinets to make this possible. Plus, the stove needed to be leveled, and stainless backsplash installed. Jeff got back to me promptly, and had time in his schedule the very next day to assess the project. Once we determined what was involved, he had also allowed for enough time to actually COMPLETE the project that same day- almost an unheard of luxury! The project turned out beautifully- Jeff was able to troubleshoot the areas in the appliances that could probably benefit from an appliance repairperson (we had gotten the pair from Sears Outlet, which can have unpredictable results), and my kitchen finally has a functioning stove again! Many, MANY thanks to Jeff and to his skills, attention to detail, and top-notch professionalism- his is a name and company that I plan to recommend and use again in the future.

We contacted Jeff through Houzz and he got in touch with us first thing on a weekend morning, offering to help with the installation job that same day! He was so great - he identified a damaged part and took it out so we could phone to order a replacement part and meanwhile, he hooked up the gas and power so had use of the range while we get the new part for the vent! He stayed (again, on a weekend!) to help us with a disposal and under sink plumbing issue and again, was so helpful in giving the information we needed for a solution! I consider this a 100% successful find in a contractor that we definitely will hire again, when that new part comes in! He was so helpful, friendly, very careful of the flooring, and from a cost perspective, exceeded my expectations for service call outside of business hours!
