I have been dealing with Jessica Katz from Gold Coast Appliances for a few years now. She is sharp, very knowledgeable and honest. Her follow up and research is immediate. I am highly satisfied.

Item delivered damaged - I signed delivery as damaged. They submitted a forged delivery document and said I was responsible for damages and refused refund or return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Excellent product, customer service, prices and delivery. My sales person, Daniel, was very knowledgeable and helpful and delivered products as ordered. He was extremely helpful in making good choices for my needs. There was a minor scratch on one of the appliances. They sent the replacement immediately. I would only purchase appliances from this company and recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a variety of quality appliances at a price far surpassing even the "specials" offered through box stores such as Lowes, Home Depot, Sears and the like.
