Took the trip to the Sarasota store because they were recommended by our cabinet man Todd from Kirkland cabinets. Stopped in an just like a car salesman Harvey was in front of us. Went in hoping they would have the appliances I wanted to check out, and sure enough they had them. After looking around and spending a good deal of time on making up my mind we decided on what I wanted. There was a wine cooler in the back that had been discounted, but was still over $900. with warranty. Couldn't fit in my car and was told No worries, we'll keep it until all appliances were in and ready to be delivered. A month before I wanted my appliances delivered, they called and informed us we had to get it out of the back. Told them we would not pay a delivery charge for one appliance. They said don't worry will get it to you. Several days later it was delivered to us in an SUV on its side (major no no) and scratches on the side. I personally know that they were not there went we bought it, I Checked it out! Okay now I have it sitting in my dining room waiting for our new island. Now, in all I spent I spent almost $12,000.00 for appliances I purchased from them. Today was the day that my gas range is to be installed, and parts were not where they were supposed to be. Husband called and they told him where they should be, because that's where all the connectors are placed. Well, not on ours! They told us to go to the local Jessups to pick up the connectors there. Really!!! I pay you all that money and your putting us out. No one can leave and deliver these. Customer service at Jessups, NONE! Never going to recommend them to anyone. And, just so happens neighbors are redoing thier kitchen. Not buying appliances from Jessups!
purchased 3 appliances (a dishwasher, range, & a dryer) from Jessup's which were delivered in JANUARY. RANGE - ARRIVED BROKEN with only 2 burners operating correctly. It took over 2 weeks to get the proper part. DRYER 1 - ARRIVED BROKEN -Jessup installer said I had an electric problem and the machine wouldn't operate until I hired an electrician and fixed it. The electrician I HIRED ($150) ran a simple test and determined the dryer ARRIVED BROKEN. Jessup agreed and replaced the dryer. (over 2 weeks for resolution) DRYER 2 - The dryer won't properly dry clothes. Takes serval cycles. FIRST SERVICE tech said it was my vault and the vent needed cleaned. I had it professionally cleaned ($60) - (it was NOT clogged or dirty). Dryer still didn't operate properly. Called again. The SECOND SERVICE tech said there was a kink in the flex hose. I explained that wasn't the problem -the flex hose hadn't been kinked. He said he ran tests and all was well. Tech said I could have been operating incorrectly. He suggested that "I run and reset the dryer every 20 minutes". The dryer still DOES NOT WORK I am waiting for a THIRD SERVICE appointment...... "its a Holiday week (July 4th) ma'am so I don't know when we can get out there yet." ITS BEEN SINCE JANUARY!
We love our new appliances! We got a terrific deal on our 4 LG kitchen appliances. John Suppa was very professional and knowledgeable on every step of the process. We highly recommend John and Jessups!
Two and a half years ago, I bought a top of the line LG refrigerator with an extended warranty from a Big Box competitor. After 5 non-cooling malfunctions within a 5-month period and a nightmare trying to get the extended warranty folks and LG to replace the faulty appliance, I felt that dealing with a local company who did their own service would be the best option for getting a new unit. I chose Jessup's (Sarasota branch). I experienced superb customer service from John Suppa and the team at the Sarasota branch. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and was able to give me competitive fair pricing and great delivery options. With his input, I choose a GE PFE28KSKSS sight unseen. The delivery and take away of my old refrigerator happened without a hitch. I am very very satisfied and pleased with my experience and product from Jessup's!

I purchased approximately $9000 worth of high-quality appliances for my new kitchen from Jessups. I worked with Rick as the salesman and he did a fine job for me during the order process, however I had a few minor issues that I wanted his help on after delivery and payment. He was absolutely of no support what so ever. I called him on at least three occasions, explained my issue, if he promised to investigate and get back to me. He never returned my calls and dropped my inquiry totally. It is very discouraging to have people very anxious to sell you upfront but will not lift a finger on the service side. I would find a dealer better and the back end of the transaction before spending your money at this location
