Juno Showers

The Service is so poor there is no word. The product quality is so poor which is unbelievable. NEVER AGAIN! Was told the product was manufactured in Italy when it was made in China..

This company is the most dishonest and horrible company. Their products are defective. They look great but don’t work. I’ve bought several items each time hoping this one would work but they don’t. Their customer service is non existent. The owner is HIDDEN. The sales people say they will resolve your issues but are in fact there to irritate you and insult you to the point you wish you had never heard of them. Last really rude person and obnoxious person said her name was Chris and she definitely had an ax to grind with anyone with money to buy expensive Juno items.

This company has the worst management I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with the shower head part and I get multiple story’s and no member of management will call me back to get the correct part , the ladies that answer the phone are polite but they get no support from management .

Over bought on an exterior mount shower system thinking it would be good quality. It’s been a lemon. We’ve had the thing for two-three years and it has completely fallen apart. Initially the handheld part broke; it wouldn’t hold the weight of it (less than a year after we purchased it). Next the LEDs burnt out. And now the shower manifold blew up!! We had to shut our water off to the house for two days to find something new as it’s unrepairable.

It's beyond me why this company is showing so many stars. I ordered 2 shower systems intended for the same shower. First I recieved nothing at all like the image shown on their website. I finally got 1 system but had to work on getting the identical system. Can't even begin to tell you how many emails and photographs I sent, not to mention how many mismatched parts I recieved. Eventually I had enough shower valves to do 3 more bathrooms. But to get what I wanted and what was depicted on their website took close to 8 weeks. Their merchandise has no product numbers and apparently they have such a screwed up inventory system they have no way of knowing what was shipped. I recieved box after box of items with no identification of item number or even a name. I do know my items came from China which I'm guessing is why there are no product numbers. Also good luck with the I installation I instructions. You will not receive anything specific for the item you purchase. It's generic for dozens of other systems that are similar. Working with Juno was the most frustrating experience I have EVER encountered with any company. They sell beautiful items at a good price. But don't say I didn't warn you.

I've recently decided to remodel my home and I've been looking for the best quality fixtures to satisfy my family's needs. I happened to find Juno showers and was amazed how great of a price and we'll made products they have. The shower packages I ordered were shipped quickly and packaged well so they wouldn't be damaged. They were so easy to install. Great water pressure. I'm so happy with everything from them and I will be using them again when we redo our vacation home.

I’ve been remodeling my bathroom and wanted to get a new shower head. A friend recommended them to me, and I couldn’t be happier!! Their customer service is amazing, and my shower head looks so high end for an affordable price. I am so pleased with everything they’ve done for me!

Very happy with my new shower. Customer service is great as well. I’ve never had a shower so amazing in my life! I wish I would have discovered Juno sooner. I’ve already mentioned to family and friends about my new shower they are going to check things out too.

Great Selection, we installed for our client master bathrooms the Juno LED digital thermostatic shower while in the other 3 bathrooms the Rainfall waterfall with multifunction body sprays. The quality of those showers are great! those showers came with all accessories/fittings needed. Although we had to deal with one minor issue regarding one of the thermostatic shower mixers but staff at Junshowers were quick to replace the part. Overall this was a great experience.

Just need to say thanks love this oil rubbed bronze shower with all its functions and features. The rainfall and waterfall is amazing and love the color of the oil rubbed bronze. Juno Showers customer service assisted my contractor in figuring out how to connect the thermostatic shower mixer to the rough in plumbing, just need to say thanks Junoshowers for great customer support.
