Karl's Appliance

I bought a Friedrich window air conditioner, it was defective. The problem was that Karl’s customer service corporate refused to assist me even though the appliance was only 2 weeks old. I finally got through to Friedrich customer service and they sent out an Air Conditioner mechanic and it turned out that the drain for rain water was defective and the air con was filling up with water. I then I called Glenn Julian from Karl’s and he did give me an exchange to a Frigidaire, which was the best thing to happen love it.

I worked with Wendy Johnson today from Karl's in Fairfield New Jersey. And had the best experience I have ever had with the sales person who I actually enjoyed. She was extremely professional, patient, and extremely helpful. I needed to replace my clothes dryer after 13 years and looking online at best was difficult she walked me through every step until I was confident of what I was buying. Thank you Wendy, Carole
