Great stove but it has rubber feet on the grates they either fall off or melt. The Hood is not user friendly when it come to changing settings it a 24 hour clock and there is no way to change it to 12 hrs. let alone set it. Fan is well functioning . Have Natural Gas, fantastic burners, oven also great. I used Wolf before this is a step above.

Beautiful range at an affordable price. Most of the 36" ranges with grill tops were very expensive but Kucht had lots of options without breaking the bank

I am not truly happy with the range. It sometimes burns food. It also most important to me does not clean up easy. Too much work to clean and the stainless steel just a little touch you do leaves scratches which do not come out. It shouldn’t be that much work to keep it looking new.

I bought a 30" range a few years ago. last month, the thermostat need to be replaced. The customer David FedEx a replacement to me, free of charge. Now the range is back to working condition.

excellent stove for the money..looks fantastic..works like any other professional series stove. had for a year no problems

Pros: -Looks good -Easy to use and install -Safe to have if you have kids due to the safety features on the gauges and auto ignition if the flame is not lit -convection fan works great -broiler works great -Boils in less than 5 minutes on the front burners -back burners are good for boiling but better for simmer -the griddle works fairly well -the griddle is easy to clean and does not get in the way with the cover on Cons: -the griddle has too many uneven hot spots -the griddle works fine for what i use it for but it doesn’t heat up as quickly as I’d like and the temperature fluctuations between reheat are too high

Kucht customer service has been top notch, My professional oven stopped working on the bake cycle in the large oven,I contacted them they helped me trouble shoot the problem. The bake element was touching the black porcelain oven burner cover. They are sending me both the element and a new black cover to install with instructions to lower the element so it's not touching the black cover...very happy with them.

Purchased oven and hood for barndominium we recently built,,,,,,have had 1 minor problem that was answered and taken care of promptly from KUCHT customer service,,,,,Absolutely love this stove,,,,works great for large family,,,,,highly recommend!!!!

I bought the Kutch 36 inch gas /electric range after giving up on a Viking. Excellent product, exceeded expectations and very reasonable price. Will buy another for beach house.

I purchased a Kucht stove 3 years ago and have had problem after problem with it. The oven burner igniter has had to be replaced twice. The oven burner had to be replaced. The broiler doesn't work. And now the oven igniter is only working half of the time. We have to kick the bottom of the stove to get it to work! When you call for service they are very responsive and helpful but I think the Kucht product has issues.

I installed this range myself and I have been using it for about two years. Its certainly a well built piece of equipment and I suspect it will last years. I have had to replace the igniter for the oven twice which was an easy fix. I'm also warning everyone that this is not a self cleaning range and expect to spend some time and elbow grease to keep it clean. I certainly love cooking with a gas range and this is a fine piece of equipment. I did install a sheet of stainless steel behind the range and added a 6" stainless steel shelf behind the range. This makes the back splash easy to maintain, and provides a shelf for spices etc.

I am the proud owner of a Kucht 36in professional gas oven and its amazing! I wanted performance, increased cooking capacity and beauty ! I got it all in this stove. I just purchase in February and all has been well, so happy with my purchase .
