We purchased all of our kitchen appliances from KK totalling close to $20,000. The sells experience went well and they were eager to please us, however, when we called to consult with them on the installation they would not take or return a call. Five messages were left with a receptionist a month ago. How long should we wait? It's now clear that the sell and getting your money is all that matters to KK. Customer service experience and satisfaction is nonexistent. Also, I'm having repairs done on the Thermador range (large oven will not heat). Would have appreciated at the very very least, A CALL BACK.
