Have two CBS 1360 fridge/freezer units with bio fresh drawers. Looks aside since year one, one unit has had problems. Late night sudden beeping - 4 times. The manual is so basic there are no alarm codes. Essentially says you have a problem - WOW what insight. The toll free number is not supported other than for basic hours. The roll over Liebherr USA number gives you a number menu and the response is invalid entry to every number. The service network is not open on weekends. For a luxury brand this is low price product service. My advice as an owner - do NOT buy this product. They are not worried about customer experience. For designers that want to extol the virtues of aesthetics - put yourself in the owner's shoes that has to live with this product for 10 or more years.

Worst product ever; broken over 15 times in 7 years. Even the shelves are cheaply made and crack/break easily. We originally purchased because of the layout. It was part of a very expensive kitchen re-model. The ice maker broke within the first 6 months and then has broken again continually for years. We have spent thousands on fixing it. I think its best run was 6 months. Now the entire thing is completed broken. They offered us $1500 towards purchasing a new unit. DO NOT BUY LIEBHERR.
