My 2 star is rating Steve. He Provided complete description of appliances Focused on my needs when discussing my appliances Disresptful-'yes after purchase Steve was very disrespectful after the sale. Very rude and said he didn't want to talk to me. The only thing I asked was what the store policy is if I receive a refrigerator with a bad compressor (his own people told me it probably was, which it wasn't.) It has a loud sound. Also asked for warranty as there was not one. He would not provide it and would not inform me of what the store policy is. Technician didn't adjust propane correctly on the stove I purchased from them but Steve has made no effort to send anyone out again. Owner will not answer my emails. I was so impressed when buying but have no idea why the rudeness now. I would not recommend Steve although he does have a lot of knowledge. The other salesman was very nice. Very disappointed in the owner for not responding to a customer.
