Reno's Appliance

Purchased an entire kitchen set. Jen Air Flush Mount refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and Sharp microwave drawer. It was all installed in MAY.

We recently purchased all appliances for our kitchen renovation from Jim Shertz at Reno's appliance, and are very satisfied. Reno's has a large showroom (in Paterson NJ) with a variety of brands and models on display. We explored a range of options and brands, had our questions addressed, and never felt rushed. All of the staff we interacted with at Reno's were knowledgable and helpful. When an issue arose with an appliance supplier, Jim addressed it in a professional and timely manner to our complete satisfaction. Delivery was well coordinated and timely. We'd recommend Reno's without hesitation. It's a first class operation.

It continues to be a real pleasure working with the "ultimate professionals" at Reno's Appliance! They stand in stark contrast to the typical appliance salespeople you all too.often encounter at these types of stores! Time and again they continue to impress both my wife and I with their genuine interest in "smoothing the way" whenever we either pose a question or simply need their expertise. And, interestingly, we're not just talking one or two of their employees here but basically EVERY SINGLE ONE of their people. Fact is, their intent to please customers appears to be a well-embedded "corporate culture" that really runs deep. And that, I submit, is pretty darn impressive! A great place to shop - and their lower NJ sales tax (by virtue of their being located in Paterson) certainly doesn't hurt either! A strong, STRONG recommendation for Reno's!

Reno's provided guidance and ultimately all of the appliances for our new kitchen. Their expertise was evident at each of our visits, since we changed our minds often while trying to decide on the best appliances. Bob English was our salesperson, but on visits when he wasn't available, we were always given excellent care by alternate experts. We couldn't be happier with our choices, giving us a kitchen full of Miele brand appliances and a Sub Zero refrigerator. Even the delivery was done well by a father & son team that showed care and expertise in their work. It came out looking great and I hope that the choice will give us years of trouble free service. We were fortunate to have Suzanne Richardson as our salesperson at Reno's appliance. She helped us select a new gas dryer, side by side refrigerator, Wolf gas range, as well as a dishwasher for our newly constructed home in Early Fall of 2014. We were so pleased with Suzanne specifically and with Reno's in general. Staff is courteous, professional and well informed... helping the consumer to make an informed choice. Fast forward to My 2015. Although we live far from Reno's showroom, my husband insisted on calling Suzanne and Reno's when our current washing machine gave out. She quickly gave a short list of washers in our price range with preferred features. We immediately ordered it over the phone. After renovating our kitchen we were in need of all appliances. Our kitchen installer recommended Reno's Appliance and his contact there Jim Shertz. After shopping around at a couple of other appliance stores my wife and I visited Jim and were extremely satisfied with his knowledge of all the brands they carry. He quoted us a very good price and we went with them. After installation we had a problem with the double oven. I contacted Jim and he and his staff were very quick in aiding the resolution of the problem. We loved the fact that they followed up with us, making sure everything was okay. It's hard to find people that really care about the products they sell. Reno's, Jim, and staff are the model by which other appliance stores should run. We will highly recommend them to family and friend and will be back as our need to get new appliances happens.
