I am not one to write reviews but these guys have earned it. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they went out of their way to make a stressful situation a breeze. My salesman Tobias was a pleasure to work with- no pressure . He guided me with an eye for both my budget and quality. I could easily have picked elite name brands and paid the higher price, instead I was given meaningful decisions based upon his expertise I also worked with the Owner John Manetti who recalled me as a previous customer and rewarded me with a wonderful deal. Sales and delivery excellent and fast!! Andrew and Tony were a pleasure to work with. I had a Samsung Family hub fridge delivered - love it!! And Had to have my old fridge moved to the basement - Terrific crew to work with.

I used Top Line for my appliances in my Wet Bar I recently put in my house. They were excellent in helping me pick the right appliances for me that were within my budget. I knew little to nothing about ice makers and wine refrigeration systems so it was valuable to have someone to talk to and discuss the differences. They've also helped me with my washer/dryer and dishwasher as well.

I have always been impressed with the service I received over the years from Topline and today was no exception. The service person, Jeff, was very professional and he took the time to explain the issue I was having. Jeff was even able to sell me a new water filter for my refrigerator. This kind of service is nearly impossible to find today especially with all the big box stores. Also setting up my appointment was a breeze, Bea, scheduled my service call within two days of my request and she was able to work around my changing schedule.

Wall Township Location - We were referred here from Design Line Kitchens, and Top Line did not disappoint. They worked very carefully hand in hand with Design Line and worked very hard to meet all the criteria I gave them. Dan Flynn worked very hard and very patiently with me to fit our needs. I must have asked Dan 7000 questions, and quite possibly 1000 of them were repeated questions. They are very patient, and very competitively priced. They met all the deadlines the kitchen designer laid out for them. Top Line makes a great partner in any kitchen renovation.

Rich and Marco helped us out with a few post purchase issues and were extremely attentive, knowledgable and caring. Total pros.
