Trevor Lawson (Eurostoves Inc)

When I first started looking for a new stove I noticed the positive reviews about Capital and Trevor Lawson at Eurostoves.. Trevor Lawson was helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to order from him and had to make full payment because it was a special order. Now when it came to time get my stove Trevor never returned my numerous calls and emails. I made repeated attempts to contact him. I finally contacted Capital and the distributor who was very helpful. At that point I found I was among many who were in the same position. I grant the fact there may be unknown reasons why Trevor is not contacting his customers. BUT he has a partner and other employees who could also service his customers. It's a shame that many customers are now struggling to get refunds and must wait months for credit card companies to investigate this mess. My card company also reached out, they have so far not heard back from Eurostoves either . If you paid by check... good luck!! I doubt there will be future problems because they appear to be out of business or off the radar. If Eurostoves reads this I hope they will honor their commitments and call customers who paid and didn't get what they paid for!!!

Please be careful when you do business with Trevor and Karen. I ordered $10k worth of appliances and they have disappeared. With the exception of an email saying he will be in touch with me after vacation, I have not been able to get any information about the delivery of my range and refrigerator. I was to give 2 weeks advance notice when I needed the appliances delivered and I can't get them to reply to email, or answer their phone. Please be careful! If you look carefully, there is only one phone number to reach them. They have multiple websites and only one phone number. No back up if they are in fact on vacation to assist you with your purchase.

Less than two weeks ago, after researching Eurostoves, numerous ranges and prices, and after reviewing his YouTube series of videos (strongly recommend!!), I called Trevor Lawson at Eurostoves. In plain-speak, Trevor went over the differences between ranges, and within 5.....okay...15 minutes I had a Capital Culinarian 30" open burner on order. I was calling on a Friday, and Trevor explained that it would ship on the following Thursday, with normal delivery taking 11 to 12 days after that - this when most others were quoting one to two months. My price was $3999.00, well I also bought the $175.00 wok ring, so the total price was $4174.00 delivered to my house on the West Coast. This was maybe not the absolute best price available, but included as part of Eurostove's deal is an extended parts warranty, and also Trevor's offer to help with any factory warrantee issues that might arise. In my opinion, this has considerable value, especially after reading the problems other appliance buyers had experienced when their online low-price dealers seemed to disappear after the sale. Well, yesterday, 12 days after ordering and just 6 days after shipping, I had an impeccably packaged and well-secured-to-a-pallet new Capital Culinarian range professionally delivered into my garage. It was a bit of load getting into place in the kitchen, but well worth the effort and deserving of the beers that followed. All I did last night was admire and play with it, making sure everything works; but it convinces one that it can do the job!! Without reservation, I can recommend Trevor Lawson and Eurostoves to anyone in the confusing process of deciding on a new appliance. I want to clearly and unequivocally state that I have only ever spoken with Trevor over the phone, I don't know him nor have I ever met him in person, nor do I have any financial or other interest Eurostoves. Trevor is the most knowledgeable man when it comes to his appliances. I made the mistake of ordering my stove from AJ Madison before I did my research. I placed my order in Aug and was promised delivery in 6-8 weeks. It has now been 10 weeks and, after chasing down a rep from AJ Madison, now I'm told it will be another 3-4 weeks before they will know an estimated ship date, not a guaranteed date. I called Trevor, out of shear frustration, and he instantly got to work finding my $7000 range. He even talked me through the shipment process. He helped, not for any profit, but because he cares about people. If I could do it all over again I would definitely bypass the AJ Madison headache and go with a true professional. BEWARE of AJ Madison they have some of the worst reviews on line. They are not worth the trouble. If your order actually arrives, some orders never make it!, and it is damaged you are stuck with it and have to go through the nightmare of AJ Madison customer service and hopefully they will send someone to repair it. I have encountered Trevor ( Eurostoves appliance expert ) many times in my research for my kitchen remodel. I learned about open burners vs sealed burners through his videos, and read many of his comments on the GardenWeb forums. His generosity with his time and knowledge is really wonderful. Recently I found myself in a bind where the range hood I wanted for my kitchen remodel was backordered 12 weeks and I was going to have to settle for something not quite what I was looking for. Trevor came in and saved the day by offering me a great deal on a display model from the Eurostoves showroom. I ended up with an even better hood than I originally was looking at. The hood arrived today just as described and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Trevor and Eurostoves!
