I purchased a Wolf wall oven and a Wolf gas cooktop from Xamusa. I had the company install and deliver both. He never showed up for the first delivery day and did not answer phone calls and texts till late in the afternoon. Another time was set up and installer arrived with his 12 yr old son to do the install. Neither of the products worked. When I told Xamusa of this he was iffy on what to do. Phone calls were not not answered and excuses were made. I finally called the Wolf repair company in this area. They came and examined the products. The oven was not repairable, to much damage, parts no longer available and cost greater than $1500 if there were parts. The cooktop had not been converted to LP gas as I had paid for and all of the seals were broken and leaking gas around them when the burners turned on. Cost to fix this was over $400.00. When I informed Xamuas that I had the repair service look at the products he became very hostile. After much negotiations he said he would "SELL THE NON FUNCTIONING OVEN ON CONSIGNMENT AND I WOULD PAY ANOTHER $800 TO $1000 FOR ANOTHER OVEN" I was on my own for the cooktop. Thank God I had payed through PayPal, where I filed a claim against Xamusa. I won and all money was returned. I had to crate and ship the oven and cooktop back to Xamusa. He refused shipment several times. I ended up shipping products back to me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I spent over a month and a half with no oven or cooktop. I had a grill, but Arizona temperatures were greater that 100. This guy didn't care. I did purchase a Wolf wall oven and gas cooktop from Spencers Appliance and very happy with their service.
I will never do business with this company or recommend them to anyone. I was happy with paying the advertised Craigslist price for this built in refrigerator but the condition and customer service from Xamusa was horrible. The frig was delivered with deep scratches inside and a broken drawer. A replacement drawer and touch up paint was promised but never received after 3 months of asking for it. This refrigerator was advertised as like new condition with a full 6 month warranty and was assured it was in perfect condition both mechanically and cosmetically from the owner of the company. First week after delivery it leaked water ruining the hardwood flooring and a few weeks later the compressor went out loosing all groceries. After 2 1/2 months of this refrigerator not working repairs were done with used parts and the unit is still not working correctly but the owner of the company has now voided the warranty leaving me high and dry. Two different occasions he voided my warranty. Just last week when I contacted him that the frig is still not staying cool inside he told me the warranty was voided again. He said not to call or contact him again and to call someone else for the repair. His claim to void the warranty this time was that I refused to pay the travel fee on the compressor warranty call, that's not what happened. I tried to pay with a credit card before the technician left but was told it was to late at night for him to call in the payment and the owner would call me the next day for payment. There have been alot of problems with communication as in not answering the phone or responding to written communication at times. I would love this refrigerator.....if it worked.
