My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Justin and Kathrin listed to our goals and needs, took the time to really understand what we wanted, and expertly helped shape a realistic plan that kept one eye on the budget and the other on helping us realize our design dreams. Their combination of architectural knowledge and experience was critical to solving several complicated challenges in our space - especially in dealing with the difficult triangular footprint of much of our house - solutions we never would have come up with on our own. And in terms of design, they managed to find products and suggest colors and textures that perfectly suited our taste, rather than merely replicating TV show taste, and at the same time provided expert advice on how to expand our design horizons without pressuring us into doing anything for their egos rather than our lifestyle. “I hired these full service architects to design and oversee an addition to my house. Having had a grandchild, we needed more than two bedrooms. Andrew Reck designed a wonderful-feeling space that fits totally with the style of my house, a renovated 50's modern structure that we had renovated in 1999. He managed to find a way to incorporate a new stairway and second floor, containing two bedrooms, a bath, and a deck, that seems to have been part of the original design. He was completely on deadline, was very responsive about any questions, and is a really nice, talented person to boot. I have definite opinions about design, and he was easy to work with, convincing me to change my ideas because he had good arguments for me to do so. He also incorporated several of my ideas into the design. The space is nearly complete, and we really look forward to using it. I am very glad to have had his conceptual and practical help in this project.”
