“How many times in life do you get a service that is thorough, creative, timely and complete? Jim provided all of this and more. Jim was a pleasure to work with on our project. He came up with creative solutions to our requests that we wouldn’t have been able to come up with on our own. To top it all off, Jim was a pleasure to work with on this property. We experienced no ego and we received invaluable input for our remodeling project. We are thrilled with our results and with the services that Jim provided!”

“Factor Design Build is the type of reputable company that makes things happen. In the world of construction, there are always challenges and deadlines. This team of professionals has a great ability of pulling together their resources to take action quickly. They take problems and turn them into opportunities that work well for the construction team, design team and home owner. I will continue to work with this team as they create beautiful, thoughtful and creative design projects.”
Thrive Landscape and Design

“We had a very outdated and environmentally unfriendly landscape around the 3acre site of our 1980s southwest run style berm home. Concrete with a very formal ugly brick pattern in front of our south-facing solar energy source, and asphalt paving (UGH!) everywhere else. It made the house hot in summer and ugly. The house also needed an entrance, as there was not an obvious one. Peter Chivers and his crew put together a plan with us to start to " remediate" the site. Peter's taste and ours I think really fit. He designed a fabulous new southwestern entry, even scrounged around and found a very cool old hand hewn beam for the header. There's more work to be done with plants and the landscape, and we'll be working with them again next year. You should know that Peter is a perfectionist and as with the really good people, sometimes things take longer than you think. We didn't push, but if we had I think it would probably be ready for pictures. We'll put some up as soon as we can!”
