He has the ability to take my thoughts from chicken scratch and scribbled drawings on notebook paper and turn them into useable construction documents. When working with our custom home clients, Charles always treats them as though they were long lost friends, and works with them until he gets everything how they want. My relationship with Charles began when I was a superintendent for another home builder, and continued once I branched out on my own.
