“David and I have collaborated and worked on several projects together dating back to when we first started our company up to just recently. David is a very hands on architect and takes pride in making sure every detail is carefully designed throughout the project. He is especially great with modern and contemporary style homes where crucial elements within the house that normally get overlooked are very much highlighted. David also makes himself part of the team whenever we work together. When I have a project that requires a very highly skilled architect that knows how to build as well as design I call on David.”

“We hired TXR to build our home on empty land that we had purchased. TXR came out to the building site several times to survey it and look at it to get ideas on how to situate the home. Their architect listened to what we wanted in the house and he drew up plans that were perfect the first time. The architect drew the plans specifically to fit on the piece of property to maximize every view of the lake and made sure every room had a lake view. TXR then oversaw the building of the house, doing many things themselves and subcontracting for electricity, plumbing, cement etc. They met with us often and kept us up to date on everything going on. They provide receipts of every bid and money spent so you always know where the money is going. Everyone at TXR is easy to work with and they work hard to make sure their customers are taken care of. We would build with them again without hesitation.”

“We were very fortunate to find Brian Morgan as a residential architect in Columbia. Brian designed our new custom home from the ground up by piecing together ideas we had been holding on to for what our “dream home” would look like for years. He is extremely professional and was very careful and conscientious about designing a home with our taste and style in mind rather than imposing on us what he thought was appealing. With that said, he did guide us with suggestions and ideas on how we could best execute our dream home in the smartest and most efficient manner. There is not a square foot of wasted space in our home and now that we are living in it we can see Brian’s intuitive design coming to life. During the design process Brian was able to remember the tiniest details of how we wanted to have our home designed as well as features that we wanted to include. During the construction process he guided the contractors to ensure that nothing was forgotten. “Exact Dimensions was such a tremendous help for us to visualize our home before construction. Because of the unique 3D home plan, we were able to see all the dimensions and angles of the home inside and out, and walk through each room and hallway and see what our home would look and feel like. This was extremely helpful as we were able to catch issues and things we didn't like and make changes before construction ever started. We would never have been able to do that with just plans on paper. In the end, having the 3D home plan will have saved us time, money and headaches. I would highly recommend calling Exact Dimensions before you start your next build or remodel project!”
