“Beautiful and detailed design work, excellent client services, and very pleasant to do business with... I'm pretty certain there is nothing these designers cannot achieve when it comes to the world of residential (and commercial) design. I highly recommend the team of C3 Studio as they are not just talented designers but wonderful individuals as well.”

“We recently did a major remodel of our 25+ year old house, removing walls, adding a sunroom on the back and a portico on the front as well as replacing all doors & windows. David did the architectural plans and specifications and worked with our interior designer and contractor throughout the project. I can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with our 'new' home. Its is both functional and beautiful.”
Mullikin + Stevens, LLC
Historic Building Conservation Companies in Knoxville
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsDecember 28, 2014
“We were in the market for a complete remodel of our existing home....Mullikin and Stevens provided us with a very pleasant experience, starting with the first draft of our plans to the last detail of our construction. They were extremely knowledgable in all areas but I was most impressed with the lighting details in our home. The color schematics were well chosen and they even assisted us in furniture selections and placements. The cabinets, flooring and even the plumbing fixtures selections were all carefully thought out and the results were lovely. We have been very pleased with the results. The general contractor thought they were very easy to work with and also would recommend them. They helped us to stay close to budget but let us know when there was a need to spend more on certain items. My husband and I both enjoyed our experience and would recommend them without any hesitation.”

“I am the owner of the Quincy House and my mom is the owner of the Mid Century Kitchen home. We love Open Door Architecture! They created a great design. In both cases maintaining the same footprint, yet rearranging the space to create more function. The design was reasonably priced and they were not fazed by last minute changes of heart. In fact, they designed a beautiful upstairs bedroom and bathroom for this house. After the demolition, we realized implementation would be more than the house was worth. They really saved me here. If I had not had their design, I might have been tempted to start the project only to find out that I was in for more money and time than original thought. They designed a remodel of a downstairs bathroom and bedroom that is turning out nicely. Both Sean and Sarah have been available for me during construction. They have helped me make decisions on such trivial items as grout color all the way up to design of a fireplace mantle. I would highly recommend them for remodel jobs big and small. They are great to work with.”
