“Z Master Builders renovated our antique farmhouse in Groton, ma. Giving it a modern update while keeping the beautiful exposed wood and flooring. It was a gut remodel that included a septic and new well. It started with the foundation and new sills and was my passion project. Brian Zagorites is someone I wholeheartedly recommend. His work quality is exceptional, his architectural designs are amazing and he has such an easy going demeanor while keeping projects on time and on budget. Melissa Zagorites brought in her design flair with our lighting plans as well as interior design and finish specifications - he work is visionary. Her wealth of industry knowledge and fun personality were so enjoyable to work with. I have asked them to travel to build with me again in 2024, this time in Texas. They are that good!”

“AECm has been a pleasure to work with. I hired them to design a new home with enough space to accommodate our family and growing home-based businesses. They made the entire process very easy. We provided our “must haves” and “wants” and in a relatively short period of time, they provided us with a unique concept that we would have never come up with on our own. The outside of the house is amazing and not your average cookie cutter house. From there, the floor plan was developed to not only accommodate our needs but to make the most efficient use of space. To get everything we wanted and have an energy efficient home is a dream come true. Every aspect of the house is perfect and I can’t thank Tim Nichols enough for making it happen. It’s absolutely beautiful!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Darguin on my new retail project. He was very professional and like my project he came up with some great out of the box ideas to make my project not only beautiful but also a conversation piece. Darguin not only looks at a project for its purpose and functionality but he also looks at what it could be, like a sculptor looking at a block of clay and seeing the potential within. He was very helpful with cost of the project as I had a limited budget to work with. I will most definitely be working with Darguin and Flow Design in the future because when you chose to work with them you become part of their family. Overall I had a great experience and cant wait till my project takes off and to work with them again on some real mind blowing modular retail units.”

““You can't turn a sow's ear into a silk purse” - Maybe not, but Doug Okun and Associates did succeed in turning what was once attic space in a Victorian house into a third floor modern suite. Indeed, by moving walls, and re-configuring space, he managed to create two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sizable closet and a gracefully curving staircase from the second floor. What had been dark, even claustrophobic, rooms became the bedroom level of a two story condo unit in a very desirable location in Somerville, Massachusetts. Doug worked closely with his contractor to see us through an at times arduous permitting process. In every respect he was indispensible.”

“From our first meeting through the final inspection, Olaf has been great to work with. It was a collaborative project from the outset as we redesigned our first floor space including moving the kitchen, taking out walls, and adding in a mudroom/study space within the original footprint. Olaf was thoroughly professional, paid attention to detail and quality as well as budget. He worked with our contractor addressing concerns as they arose, giving us his well thought out opinions when the contractor encountered issues during the demo and build phases. We worked with Olaf on the design phase for about a year and the project was completed within 7 months from the start of demolition to the final inspection. He coordinated the work flow and was instrumental in keeping us on track when we needed to finalize our selections for appliances, fixtures, and finishes, etc The process went so smoothly that we hired him again for an attic project we completed in the spring of 2018. We've had many compliments from friends and neighbors and even the city inspector on how well the renovations were designed. Olaf made these renovation projects much less stressful than they otherwise would have been. I highly recommend him for any project.”
