Gardner/Fox Associates, Inc
Maple Shade, NJ Architects and Building Designers
“We at Sterling Kitchen & Bath love being a preferred vendor with Gardner/Fox! We work well together to create beautiful dream kitchens (and baths!) for our clients. They pay attention to the client's wants and needs, and even the smallest detail is important! The end result is always beautiful when working with Gardner/Fox Associates, Inc!”

“Joe Mackin and his firm designed us the most beautiful new house. He designed an 1800's style, stone farm house look that is amazing. The attention to detail is incredible. People have been to the house and can't decide if it's just an old house that was added on to, or a new house. We have worked with a handful of architects over the years, and Joe, by far, has been the BEST. We also did not use a builder, my husband an were the general contractors of the house, which is approximately 7,000 sq. feet.”

“The Design Build Pros helped me visualize my new kitchen before it was built. Their budget paperwork allowed me to prepare for all the costs for the project and they helped me find a great remodeler. I will call them to help me with my next project.”

Rasmussen / Su Architects
Maple Shade, NJ Architects and Building Designers
“We had a wonderful experience working with Rasmussen/Su on a kitchen renovation. Our home was built in 1879, and it had a cramped and dark kitchen. Kevin & Vivian really listened to what mattered to us (having a space that works for an active family and opens the kitchen up to the rest of the first floor) and they were able to incorporate those things into the design. They have experience with historic homes and local regulations and took care of the arduous permit process. They were there during construction when we ran into the unexpected things you discover in an old house. They also helped with the design details and decisions you have to make during a project. We now have an amazing space where everyone gathers to cook, do homework, and just be together.”

Peter Zimmerman Architects
Maple Shade, NJ Architects and Building Designers
“We have known Peter Zimmerman for many years both professionally and personally and his organization could not be more professional nor do a better job. They are imaginative and responsive to all of their customers needs, Their designs are fresh but at the same time sensitive to the surroundings and the clients wishes.”

OMNIA Group Architects
Maple Shade, NJ Architects and Building Designers
“Had an investment property that I couldn't sell due to the condition. After contacting the Omnia group they came in and scoped the job. Thy provided me with a workable plan and timeline that took advantage of the space available and maximized it's use. Now I have a completely updated property that I can either rent or sell and they did it fast and for a reasonable amount. I will definably use the Omnia group for my next project.”

Archer & Buchanan Architecture, Ltd.
Maple Shade, NJ Architects and Building Designers
“Archer and Buchanan drew up the architectural plans to renovate and build an extension to a Pennsylvania farmhouse. They collaborated throughout the project with the builders. They offered expertise in maintaining historic features whilst modernizing the property.
The outcome was just what we wanted. It was a great experience.”

Wolstenholme Associates, LLC
Maple Shade, NJ Architects and Building Designers
“We have been fortunate enough to work with Wolstenholme Associates on many occasions and have referred them directly to our clients needing building design and architectural work as well. Each time, we hear the same results, and they are always outstanding, which is why Rutgers Landscape Design continues to refer Wolstenholme to our clients. We also look forward to working with them on any Wolstenholme Architectural Plans, as they are always exciting and interesting design projects.”

Knight Architects LLC
Maple Shade, NJ Architects and Building Designers
“Cathy Knight was the architect for a major renovation and restoration of our 1895 three-story, seven-bedroom, eight-bath home on a two acre in-town site. The project entailed complete rebuilding of the house and several additions and new outbuildings. Infrastructure issues addressed were complete rebuilding of the foundation and successful waterproofing of the basement, rebuilding of chimmneys serving 8 fireplaces, rewiring and replumbing the entire house, replacing and refinishing of floors throughout, rebuilding stairways and securing and replacing failing structural beams.
Four new bathrooms were added and 4 bathrooms were renovated.
Interior finishes and molding were replaced or restored. New HVAC was installed. Site planning and reconfiguration of the gardens were part of the project. The architect served as project manager for the 18-month construction period. This complex project was magnificently, creatively and efficiently excecuted by the architect and her staff.”

Old House Guy LLC

“Thank you for thoroughly covering shutters the way you do on your site. My wife and I were close to finishing the building of our home in a historic neighborhood in Raleigh, NC. We went through painstaking effort to make our new house fit the neighborhood and had to pull our builder (who was not accustomed to this type of design) along the way. I came across your site looking for examples of how to hang shutters properly so we could convey how they should look. It goes to your point about how most modern builders simply don't understand the importance and functionality of real operable shutters. Thank you again, and keep up the good work.”
