At the conclusion, his overall design and improvements when far beyond what I had envisioned. He walk through all the paperwork and time needed to get all the permits which allowed me time to take care of the family and talk about the new look. The project is still under construction, but I know my family and I will be happy with what we both (myself and Nong) envisioned.”

“Tim Clark is very creative, artistic and has a good knowledge of building, carpentry and also engineering. He gets work done on time and is responsive. He has designed two of my projects. The first was a major remodel of a house in San Rafael, CA. The entire living room was torn down and a new living room and a huge master bedroom was added above the living room. The kitchen was completely remodeled as well. The remodel occurred in 2004-2005. The next project was the replacement of a carport and deck of a beach house in Inverness, CA. This project was completed around 2011. The cost of the first was around $350,000 with the second being about $60,000, including the permit.”

“I asked my neighbor for the name of the architect on his beautiful, modern, yet warm, whole house remodel. This was Mary Dooley of MAD Architecture. After I interviewed her, she "interviewed" me. I showed her pictures of the type of bathrooms and general architecture styles that I loved, so that she could get an idea of how to design my master bath remodel and expansion. Over the course of time she came back with amazing designs, materials, fixtures, etc. that were spot on. She was easy with suggestions for any changes, patient with explanations, and creative with new options. She put the plans together, put it out to bid to her contractor contacts, as well as a couple of mine. She managed this process efficiently and effectively, giving confidence in this process. There are many talented architects out there, but there is a talent that Mary has, which is how well she understands her clients, so that the process is fun and seamless.
