“Really enjoy working with Scott. The thing I really appreciate about him is that he works hard to understand your complete needs. With artistic folks sometimes you can be challenged with them doing more of what they want than what you want, but that is not the case with Scott. He is the consummate professional and at every step through the process felt that he was always looking out for my needs. For the project that I did, I acted as my own GC, since it was going to be a home addition, Scott was invaluable in helping me navigate that process and recommending who I should consider and who I should steer clear from with regards to sub-contractors. This was way above and beyond in my book. Without his help no way I would have been able to finish with the level of success I had. We will be building another house in a few years and would not consider using anyone else.”

“They helped design & create an original and beautiful kitchen which we call the aviator kitchen. They did all the woodwork ! Custom made and assisted us with their creativity. They were perfectionist and very patient. I am currently using them for more areas of the house ; bathroom cabinets, closets and a tv unit. I highly recommend them. “In early 2015, my husband and I bought his childhood home which was in an ideal location on the water on Merritt Island but had been neglected for ten years or more. The decision was made to demolish it to start over & rebuild on the site. I had my own ideas for what we wanted and was referred to MelD Studio by our contractor. We felt an immediate connection at our first meeting. I worked closely with Jerry Balletti to design a new home that utilized every bit of available space on the small lot. The size of the lot along with the county restrictions presented a real challenge. Jerry was very good at listening to my vision for our home. He had excellent ideas and worked diligently to give us what we wanted in the design. We came up with a plan and met several times over the course of a couple months, discussing every detail until we got it "right." Jerry really felt like a friend during the process. It was a comfortable experience. He totally understood where I was going with the ideas that I presented, and did his best to accommodate my vision. My experience couldn't have been any better. We moved in to our new home in July, 2016, and love everything about it!! We highly recommend Jerry Balletti and the team at MelD!!”

“Matt was the architect for my complete remodel of a 1950's house into a comfortable, beautiful, stylish home. Additionally, the house achieved a LEED Gold rating from the US GreenBuilding Council. While not totally off the grid, I sell power to the local utility via a net meter. Matt was a lead member of the team with consisted of LEED AP, Contractor, and subcontractors, Landscape Designer and Interior Designer. Six years on, the house continues to be not only highly efficient but a pleasure to live in.”
