He is responsive, pragmatic, and incredibly commercial, meaning he is not an "in the clouds" designer but able to tackle a design undertaking thinking through all the way through to fabrication. He is at home in the building material resources as he is in Conceptual Design or actual CAD work where he excels. Full package; Design, CD's, and construction monitoring. Having a very expensive, conceptual design experience prior to working with David, his pragmatic approach was an oasis we desperately needed. The best part of working with David is he offers ideas with no regret or client guilt trip when the client decides to pursue a different tack. He realizes the client has the ultimate call. David brought the same energy and responsiveness to add-on projects as he did to the original 5000 sf house project.”
