Now accepting new clients for Spring 2018! Goefft Design specializes in interior architecture and environmental graphics. We focus on residential remodels and additions, and small to medium scale commercial interiors and signage systems. With a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon and 17 years experience in corporate, commercial and retail environmental design, Cindy Goefft formed Goefft Design in 1994 to focus on residential remodeling and commercial space design. Her practice includes large-scale house remodels, major and small scale additions, kitchen redesigns, bathroom makeovers, and office and retail spaces. Cindy believes that successful design means fully understanding the needs and aspirations of every client. Classic design principals permeate her work, along with fresh, modern forms. From initial sketch designs to master plans, each project is a unique work with her design sensibility, attention to detail, and love of form, balance and color evident throughout. Prior to Goefft Design, Cindy was Senior Design Director at Addison Design Consultants, a global retail design firm. Preceding Addison, Cindy was Design Director at the Gnu Group where she focused on environmental design. Before moving to the Bay Area, she worked in design at Robert Bailey Design, BGBG Architects, Oregon Health Sciences University and Wm H Neel Architects. Cindy has lived in San Anselmo since 1995 and has years of experience working with the Town Building Department, Planning Commission, and Town Council, as well as the building departments of Larkspur and Marin County. As her teenage children need her less, she happily spends time farming in her large organic kitchen garden, working on her home, hiking, volunteering, cooking and knitting.

Joseph Farrell says, “While the core of my practice has always been residential projects, my body of work ranges from high-end custom homes to renovations of existing homes. The focus of my designs is the creation of artful homes that are energy-efficient and environmentally sensitive. All designs strive to integrate natural light, air, views, landscape, and community. Joseph Farrell’s goals have always been to create homes that improve the lives of their occupants and to do so in an environmentally conscious way. Much attention lately has been placed upon sustainable and efficient design, giving birth to the “Green” movement. Green buildings are designed, constructed and maintained to enhance the lives of their occupants and to create healthy communities by being energy efficient, improving indoor air quality and conserving natural resources Cost Details: Typical construction costs for residential projects in the greater SF Bay Area ranges from $300-$600/sq. ft. For high-end custom construction, the costs can be $800+/sq. ft. Typical Architectural Fees can be 3%-6% of construction costs. At Elida Doldan Schujman's Architecture Studio, our designs are as unique as our clients’ lives and needs. We create contemporary buildings with the same degree of integrity as we do when we preserve and recreate buildings of historically diverse periods. Our projects--which include custom homes and commercial projects, historical preservations, outdoor living and interiors, and furniture designs—display unmistakable architectural and interior design continuity, and our designs reveal our commitment to maintaining a clear sense of harmony with the environment. We work in an energetic studio setting in which clients, consultants and contractors all become active members of the design-construction team. Our enthusiasm is contagious, our design-construction collaborations are fun for everyone involved, and our client-architect relationships are long-lasting.
