“Arcon Architects & Builders designed and built our wonderful house on Lake Keowee in Seneca South Carolina. Their professional expertise coupled with years of practical experience ensured the house not only met our family's needs but was built on time and within budget. By carefully assessing the building site Arcon ensured the house afforded great lake views from every room while minimizing the need to remove mature hardwood trees that I so love. They coupled the site plan with wonderful architectural features like 3 foot overhangs to minimize afternoon sun and allow the windows to stay open even during the rain ! In addition the cantilevered deck affords a sense of "floating over the lake" while maximizing the views from the lower level rooms. Oh .. and did I mention the screen porch and stone fireplace, the barrel vaulted front entry, the beams and massive stone fireplace in the great room .. and and and ! They just did a great job for us !”
