“I requested Jason to provide Architecture/ design advice on a few projects for my house with the major project of extending my house with an outdoor living concept. Jason arrived on time and I really liked his ideas. He seemed to have the same modern style ideas as I was hoping to achieve. And he listened and was very easy to convey my ideas to while he contributing to them. I didn't hire Jason for the job as I found the architecture plans to be a bit expensive. And because I had some major unexpected repairs come up suddenly I wasn't able to afford the designs at that time. I do plan on reaching out to Jason in future and hope to hire him soon.”

“Lori Phariss did a fantastic job on my recent home addition/renovation. She is professional, listened to all my ideas as we moved forward with the project, and kept me up to date every step of the way. l have since passed contact info for Lori Phariss on to many of my friends looking to also renovate or add to their homes. One friend has already hired Lori to design a Casita (in-law quarters) being added to their current property. Highly recommend Lori Phariss if you are looking for a great person to work with … you can anticipate excellent end results!”

“Honesty. Integrity. Service. That's really all you need to know about Dan Coletti and the Sun West team. Sun West helped design our home, developed the plans, and built our primary home in 1991, on time, on budget, no hassles. When some stucco cracks developed after several months, the Sun West team was on it without resistance, hassles or "issues." They fixed the problem, repainted the entire house and satisfied us completely. 20+ years later, we still love the house and are proud to display their logo on our front entrance as a Sun West Home. In 2006 they also built the smallest house ever for them, a mother in law residence on our same lot. Again, a great design, quality construction and complete satisfaction. If we built again, there is no other builder we would use. Period.”

“CJ's been an absolute delight I entered into building a house with a lot of trepidation, but CJ Hoogland has made the process rewarding and fun. We've just completed the design development stage and I've never felt anything but excitement when going to his office or meeting him on our land. He listens attentively to our poorly articulated ideas and translates them into elegant designs that strike a balance between our ideas and the refinement that you want when you hire an architect. I am opinionated and picky, and we have revisited so many things so many times, but there has never been a hint of impatience from CJ. CJ is well-connected with builders and hooked us up with such high caliber general contractors that we had difficulty choosing. Being newcomers to the area, we would have had difficulty finding them on our own. CJ's colleague, Kevin Ward, is always an enthusiastic contributor to our meetings as well. In summary, I unhesitatingly recommend Hoogland Architecture to anyone looking for an architect.”

“Called Myles and told him what I was looking for in an architect. Let him know that my wife would be the one which he would be working with on the design of our home. My wife wanted someone who would hear want she was asking for and work with her. Too many times when remodeling our other home people would listen but not hear her. Myles has been outstanding with the design of our home and my wife couldn't be happier. Happy wife, happy life.”
