“My wife and I hired Soloway Designs Inc to design and build our second home getaway. After a poor experience of doing this once before I vowed it would never happen again; especially from a long distance. On a cloudy Sunday afternoon with boredom setting in, we decided to go out and about and look at houses. By chance, we turned into a driveway that had a hidden treasure, for us, designed by Marc Soloway. Cutting to the chase, a short time later we had some meetings and decided to take the plunge....again. It was a super positive experience and lots of fun.The process or marriage lasted approximately 3 yrs and guess what;we still communicate with each other. They kept their promises,met deadlines,stayed within their forcasted budgets even though we didn't and had great attitude and most importantly always got back to us in a timely manner. Ben provided expert advice starting with redesign, blueprints, permits, inspections, sub-contractors and finish details from pre-existing to new construction on our property. His understanding of our needs and innovative style produced a design that was both attractive and functional. His diligence reviewing county rules and regulations as well as his understanding of codes and the like allowed us to move through county review with minimal issues. Definitely recommend them.”

“I have known Mike Franks and Seaver/Franks Architects for the better part of 20 years. He is the ultimate "customer focused" professional and he is a master at working with disparate groups with widely ranging ideas. He really listens to the customer and their ideas, no matter how feasible or not they may be. Out of this consulatative process, he comes back with a concept and an idea that usually "hits it out of the park." I am not in the business or in the trade, but I am a university administrator and volunteer who has been involved in two significant non-profit organizations that retained Seaver Franks to develop plans and renderings for upcoming capital campaigns. Micheal Franks, is clearly a highly respected and outstanding architect in his field, but it should also be noted that he has a strong ties to the community and is engaged from many aspects, from Rotary to supporting the local Catholic hospital organization. I cannot give high enough marks for Michael Franks and his team at Seaver Franks architects. From high end residential homes to complicated commercial properties to attractive and popular restaurants, they have the full scope of experience to handle any project one may be considering.”
