“I contracted with Stonebrook Construction to oversee the installation of a new roof on my 40+ year old house in the Moon Valley area of Phoenix in Nov 2024. They were the 4th contractor I got a bid from, but the only one to suggest that I may need all new plywood after the old roof was removed, and gave me a worst case bid along with a best case. It turns out I did need to completely replace plywood, and they did a magnificent job managing the installation. We added numerous extra projects, including new gutters with leaf guards, re-stucco of my rear house wall and side yard block fence wall, a remodel of our "sun room" ceiling, the installation of a 9 x 12" storage shed in the back yard, including electrification and associated landscaping with an upgrade to artificial grass, a new epoxy floor in my garage, and installing a tamper proof mailbox at the foot of my driveway. In all, Stonebrook was at my house off and on for the first 6 months of 2025. They are incredibly knowledgeable and very meticulous in their work, especially the "finish" part of the job, which is what everyone sees after completion. They stayed within budget, and I found them to be very fair and reasonable. They stayed focused on my job as weather and material availability allowed. First time I didn't have to chase my contractor to finish the task! I can't recommend them highly enough. It is very comforting to be able to trust that construction work at your home will be done correctly, within code, the first time and with full attention to quality and detail. 5 stars plus!!”
