Green Building Companies in Cincinnati

“My husband and I had Childress & Cunningham build a house in the woods overlooking the Ohio river in Hebron Ky. The project needed profession and very talented experenced team to complete this task. They were the architects and primary builder of our house. The final house was better than anticipated. They took everything/space into concederation and made the most of our money. They made every change happen. We would highly recommend them to others. Thanks Allan for being there and making our dream happen. Michael and Viktoria Reddy”

“As a 37-year veteran of doing industrial and commercial real estate development, including building office, commercial and medical buildings, I have worked with various designers and architects along the way. In deciding to be the general contractor to build our dream house, I was provided Mike Batagglia's name as someone to consider to undertake the design work. Of all the decisions that went into building this house, bringing Mike on board as the designer was one of the best decisions that my wife and I made. From the beginning, Mike was a delight to work with and he understood what we wanted to build and put to paper what our ideas were. We did spend many months on and off looking at different ideas and suggestions that Mike provided, he guided us in terms of product choices and recommendations. His knowledge and expertise on so many items proved to be invaluable. What we truly appreciated in working with Mike is that he was always available to talk or meet to answer questions or review ideas. Mike was true to his word in terms of being a partner in the design and construction and always had our best interests in mind in how he approached the design and implementation. His attention to detail as well as the big picture in every facet from site work to finish paint has been most welcomed. The end result is that Mike Batagglia provided us our dream home and we could not be happier with the results of his work. He has become a good friend and someone that I trust implicitly. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a designer for your next house, Mike Battaglia will prove to be the best choice without question. Thanks, Mike, for everything you did for us! “Chad had a very difficult job in designing a house for my husband and I. My husband is a senior construction manager and therefore very knowledgeable in the construction field. He and Chad could "talk shop" very easily. I on the other hand don't know the first thing about building, design or construction. I also am not good at visualizing things that don't exist nor am I really even good at verbalizing what I like. So needless to say, Chad had his work cut out for him working with a couple with such diverse knowledge. Along with our knowledge differences, my husband and I also have very different tastes, mine more vintage and victorian and his more contemporary Chad did a great job of essentially explaining every part of the process in two different languages to two very different people (my husband and I) at a level that was appropriate for both/each of us. To help understand my taste and preferences (since I can't verbalize or explain well) he had me create a board on houzz and other social media sites so he could see what I liked. Using this and taking into my husbands taste and preference, he created our dream home. A house we both love. In addition to this, Chad has just been wonderful to work with in every way. He is talented yet humble, and incredibly easy to work with. I highly recommend Chad and fold and form to anyone looking for an architect/builder”
