“Genuine, if I have to say it in one word. The owner used to work with me long time back in a different industry and I randomly called him to get some advises. He is genuinely in to this, and even offer free consultancy to new house builders with the motive of getting more businesses to his registered partners. But he gives pluses and minuses of everything, and don't push us to any of his registered partners either. His philosophy is my partners have to offer a quality service which will earn them good reputation to future references. He only provide a platform for them to display their services.”
