I always felt like he understood how important the project was to us. Ben was upfront about the cost of the different phases of the project, starting with his fees and the services he provides. For our project we met several times, went through many stages of drawings with revisions, and ultimately submitted his drawings to local contractors who submitted bids for the job. Because of the thorough experience in hiring an architect, we were able to see the pros and cons of renovating vs moving into another house.. and ultimately we decided to move, instead. But without the help of working with Ben and seeing the real cost of a renovation, we would have never known the best choice for our family. And if we ever want to renovate another House, the first person we would call, would be Maru-Arch. No matter how big or small of a project, he will understand your vision and will work tirelessly until the dream you saw in your mind is staring back at you in the form of an architectural drawing.”

“Nick manufactured a concrete bathroom countertop and half wall coap with a three inch face that turned out beautifully and accented our vessel sink wonderfully. He then took 5/16 backer board and did a concrete overlay that match the countertop flawlessly for a soaker tub surround as well as two caps for the ends of the soaker tub/ fawcet mounts. Nick does excellent work and look forward to doing business with him again in the future.”
