“We actually began a remodel of our kitchen and master bedroom with a design/build firm other than Sardone/McLain. After a few months of back-and-forth with the designer and builder it became apparent that they didn't really seem interested in anything other than getting the contract. We'd also started hearing stories from our neighbors about the firm not finishing jobs in a timely manner, and going days or weeks without showing up. Even though we'd already spent several thousand dollars with them we decided to look at other firms. Through Houzz we found Sardone / McLain. When they took over this project, they came over and wanted to know how we live in our house. they asked "What are the things about the house you love? We also made the decision to hire Lila Parker as our interior decorator and we could not be happier with the results! No two clients are exactly the same and Lila has a great ability to adapt to whatever style each of her clients have. Everyone who comes to our house immediately asks who we worked with as interior decorator. Lila is amazing! We have grown to love the Parkers over the last two years and can not recommend them highly enough! To be honest, there is almost an element of sadness that the project is over now. Don't get me wrong, we are happy that the house is finished and we get to live here every day, but we thoroughly enjoyed working with the Parkers, which is not how most people that I know describe the contractors they have worked with. We purchased our home with the hopes that we would be able to accommodate our family of 6. My mentality was one of space planning and having enough of a back yard for our two labs to be able to run around. What we have now is so much more than I would have ever imagined! As soon as Ron walked in and began to cast vision, everything changed and now we have what can only be described as our dream home! Everyone that we know who has worked with Ron and Lila has raved about their experience, so we had high expectations when we decided to work with them. Well, they actually exceeded our expectations!
