“My bathroom in Grapevine looks amazing after DFW Remodel Team’s work. Post-renovation, the sleek fixtures and tile work elevated the entire space. They were professional, completed the job ahead of schedule, and ensured a thorough cleanup. Their team reached out afterward to confirm everything was perfect. Highly recommend for DFW remodels!”

“I had the pleasure of being introduced to Stephan Sardone via a mutual friend last year while I was building my tiny house on wheels. Stephan was enthusiastic about my project and was easy to communicate with, via phone, email and text - he never left me wondering where we stood and therefore we never had wasted time. He came to my build site and we had a great consultation about the best configurations of my obviously very tiny space. He had innovative ideas and suggestions - for his first tiny house! His crew helped me with my big porch beams as a favor - so generous with his time and talents. I so enjoyed my time working with him, and I hope to have future projects with him and his amazing crew!”
Alair Homes Plano

“Where do I start? We were in the market for a new home and knew we would most likely be doing significant remodeling to any house we bought. We came across Hatfield Builders while scouring Houzz for ideas of what we would like our new home to look like. Then once we met with and spoke to Chad, we knew we were on the same page and continued the process to start designing the remodel. From there on, it was full speed ahead. Chad set realistic expectations from the very beginning, which was a bit sobering, but necessary. We knew gutting a home would be a complicated and stressful experience, but Chad also made sure we remembered to try to enjoy it and know that it was all towards the goal of building our new home. The Hatfield team was always willing to listen to our concerns and worked with us to address them. When "surprises" like broken pipes were discovered, they informed us immediately and shared their advice and experience so we could make an informed decision. We knew surprises would come up, but at least we knew we weren't alone and they had the experience to give us good advice. They went above and beyond when even out-of-scope issues arose (like the lack of electricity to our pool that was becoming a swamp). They wanted to help us figure it out and came up with a temporary fix until the electric company finally got their act together. They kept on schedule and did a great job keeping us in the loop on timing expectations. One of the key elements that helped us feel more comfortable with the project was the way we were able to understand how the budget was created and how our decisions could impact it, either up or down. Their tool allowed us to make more informed choices and understand where we could either save or splurge. We can't say enough about the staff, they treated the project as if it were their home. What sets them apart is their philosophy of building lasting relationships, not just doing a job. They know how important it is to have happy clients who won't shut up about how great they are!”
