“I hired RHAD Architects to design our new kitchen. I chose them because I was a huge fan of the beautiful work they did at a popular wellness spa in the city. I wanted something distinctive, something outside the box, but not something so different that it didn't feel comfortable. My kitchen is the crown jewel of our house. RHAD took our wish list and turned it in to something we could never have imagined. Functional, unique and truly stunning, it definitely has the drama I wanted - but not with the price tag; it cost a fraction of what everyone thinks. A few years later my husband hired them to design a set of townhouses. Again, they went over and above. The townhouses fit seamlessly with the traditional/historic vibe of the street, with a subtle modern twist which offers a hint of what's inside. The interior design is clean and modern, and clever use of space at every turn. Because these are rental properties, we needed them to be highly desirable to prospective tenants (upper middle class empty nesters) but not break the bank. RHAD Architects pulled it off, and then some. I look forward to our next collaboration!”

She is an expert at knowing how to quickly find the exact product or building material that is perfect for your project. The quality of her design work is excellent. She is very professional, but it also very easy to talk with her about your design ideas. Judy is very good at listening to what your needs are in terms of function and esthetics.”

“I have worked with Passive Design Solutions in two separate instances and I have nothing but great things to say about their service! Natalie provided us with a site evaluation of the proposed building lot. Her evaluation was both thorough and insightful and provided us with the knowledge needed to make a decision to purchase the land. She was very accommodating of my schedule and provided phone support to review the detailed report. Working directly with Natalie was a pleasure! She is professional, knowledgeable and a real expert in her field! Passive design solutions also provided us with the design service for our new home. I was provided a detailed contract upfront spelling out milestones and project cost. I worked directly with designer Mike Anderson to create a one of a kind home with all the energy efficient features that are typical of Passive Houses. Mike's background in physics and architecture and his extensive knowledge of Passive House Design naturally complement one another! Remote consulting worked out great! Face-to-face skype meetings were particularly useful and provided us with one-on-one discussion time to review the progress and the plans in detail. The final plans were amazing and contained all the construction details necessary to implement Passive House levels of insulation and air tightness. The house has exceeded my expectations in both aspects of form and function! Passive Design Solutions gets a thumbs up, a grade A+, and a kudos for a job well done!”
