“Eric and his team have done two significant additions/remodels for us. The first was adding a two car garage, master bath and walk in closet. The second was a complete basement reno after some water damage. The addition is perfect. It blends seamlessly into the rest of the house. The team salvaged original 100 year old stone from the original garage to use on the new construction and matched the slate tile of the roof. The craftmanship of the bathroom and closet is outstanding. Eric and his team are responsive, professional and were on time and on budget. The basement project was unanticipated but Eric's team came up with creative solutions to make sure that the plumbing was modernized and also assisted the homeowner with negotiations with other vendors to save on costs related to replacing sewer lines. Would highly recommend for any size scope of project.”
