Our first meeting only lasted 30 mins but he got all of the information from us about our needs and wants and used that to make VERY helpful suggestions about ways to improve the plans so that everything flowed in a way we would be happy with. Then, within a few days he had a concept drawn up and we made very few if any changes. Within a week of that we had full size blueprints ready for our builder. His pricing is also very reasonable I would highly recommend and will use The Design Shop again if we ever build another house.
